The location of Arena Luxury Rooms is perfect for trekkers and a group of friends. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, with a great design. The facilities, including the jacuzzi tub and shower, are amazing. The view of the Arena from the window is breathtaking.

While the electronic access was convenient, it was a bit strange to arrive and not have any contact with the staff. The lack of staff availability was a downside, especially since the provided phone number for assistance was never answered.

The location of the property is excellent, right beside the Arena which was perfect for us as we were going to the opera. The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. It would have been nice to have someone present at the hotel to assist with any questions or concerns that may have arisen during our stay.
